early check-in, parking on-site. new building and rooms in the pictures on the site. marvellous and good location, a short walk to discos and cafes.

Truly enjoyed our beautifully decorated and fashionable rooms.

The staff members were friendly and suggested local places. The hotel's position was great and perfect close to restaurants and discos. The fact that Marjanishvili subway station was some 10 minutes away was a plus😀👍

The rooms had a modern aesthetic, made for an appealing look. The whimsical decor added a creative flair to the environment.

The shower situation was a mess. It splashed water everywhere. The lack of privacy due to transparent bathroom walls felt intrusive. Multiple guests commented on the noise carrying through the thin walls, particularly disruptions from nearby homes. The cold coffee served at breakfast wasn't exactly a great way to start the day. A notable downside was the surrounding area, which many found to be somewhat unwelcoming and rough around the edges.

The room is nicely decorated and the bathroom is clean, equipped with a bidet, shower caps, and bath sheets, and I had a view of the inner courtyard from my window.

Secondly, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist me with planning my trip and even recommended some amazing attractions. Plus, they spoke English very well, which made communication a breeze. Lastly, the rooms were modern and well-furnished, just like in the pictures on the site. The attention to detail was impressive, and I appreciated the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. And let's not forget the breakfast - there were so many options to choose from, it was a great way to start the day!
